Lease Deals?

I see the lease offers on the BMW website listing 449 a month for a well equipped 335i xdrive sedan. Thats with 3000 dollars down, however when i build my own and kit it out with the Space grey metallic, cold weather package, and nav, i end up with a 650 dollar a month payment? how is this possible?

Awhile back there was a guy from a dealership on the board who was known for the BEST lease deals, if anyone knows who this guy is feel free to list it below, and if you're him, feel free to PM me.

PM GOLFFRR - Ryan Amico - he is known for helping forum members get great deals. You could call him too.
Edit: found him: http://www.e90post.com/forums/member.php?u=62484

You can calculate the best lease deal yourself - rather, the exact amount you should be paying for the car. You need certain numbers like the money factor, capital cost, and price of the vehicle.

Edit2: good deals going on right now:

When you build your own it is not giving you any discounts(in other words its giving you a lease price of a car at MSRP). The preset BMW lease rate at 449 has the discount included. So you have to figure it out manually by crunching the numbers yourself. Or trust the dealer...which I dont recommend.
