You can use the BMWCCA membership discount even after using the Costco or any other discount method. As is said above, you submit your purchase to BMW with a form after purchase and it takes 6-8 weeks to get a check.
Pretty sure it's $500 for a 3, X3 and Z series, $1000 for 5, 6, 7 & X5. 7 might be $1500.

Only one discount per year and applies on lease or purchase. I got a check for my wifes X5 and my 335 in 06 & 07. Must have had BMWCCA memebership for at least a year before purchase.

ok, just got back from bmw of concord. the costco deal was a complete waste of my time. it turned out to be just a few hundred dollars below MSRP.

instead, i went ahead and tried to negotiate the deal as a non-costco customer and got a great deal. $1,200 over invoice on an E92 335i. signed the papers right there, right then.

i'm so glad i didn't have to go around a million of dealerships fighting for a good price. also, the negotiation was amazingly easy. i said i'd pay $1,000 over invoice. my CA said he can do $1,200 over. i said, deal!

he was juggling 2-3 other clients while he was dealing with me but as long as i got a good deal (which i did) i didn't give a shit. i highly recommend him. let me know if you need his contact info.

Did Costco & BMWCCA

Did not want to deal with haggling when the 335i started to show up in Nov. 2006; seems like dealers were pretty firm on pricing at the time based on what I read on forums. Got $1800 off MSRP & rebate from CCA. Dealt with Concord BMW; very good transaction.

unfortunately i didn't join the club until june of this year (2007) so i wouldn't be eligible for the "cash-back." i just couldn't wait another 6 months just to get $500 back. there is always next time though...

I use my BMWCCA card whenever I buy a OEM mod or accessory. No questions asked on getting the discount.

I just used it and it was either 10% or 15% off. I didn't keep the receipt.

I use Costco Insurance now. I used to be through All-State. Saved me about $250 a year.

Where Costco did come through was financing though. They were at least 50BPs less than the lowest rate I could find with top tier credit. The application and response time was also very efficient.

That said, the BMW rates on the 3ers are now very competitive and tough to beat. That was not the case 6 months ago.

I was able to get invoice plus $500.00. On a custom order 328xi.
Which was a lot better than what the local dealers were willing to do.

Hey tian. I have an '08 E92 Step trans with everything except Nav.

Call Tom Foster at Passport BMW in Marlowe Heights (301) 702-6414 (its PG County...but they are very good on price and service). Tell him Scott from Frederick, MD sent you. He will treat you fantastic.

I told him that the Costco price was $1,600 over invoice but a dealer in New Jersey was selling them at $1,100 over invoice (which they were...don't remember which at the time) and I would drive 3 hours to save $500. "All bullshitting aside, what's the absolute best deal can you give me Tom to keep me local?"....thats all I asked. He called me back 30 minutes later and said $1,300 over is the best he can do. I took it and he threw in floor mats for free when I picked it up. Oh and by the way, I ordered the car exactly the way I wanted it. It took about 7 weeks to get here.

Good luck!!
