Yes.. The N55 really presents a VERY compelling case to upgrade the charge pipe, and since the DVs are built into the compressor the CP is actually significantly cheaper then the N54 version so its a win/win

I have sold many charge pipes to customers looking for preventative measures. We recommend the ER Charge pipe.

bmw thinks this little piece of shitty plastic pipe is good enough for stock boost, and keep the cost low...

Ya its a little strange as I know of several people who's charge pipe cracked on a fully stock car.

I've had my ER Anodized black chargepipe on since late July. It's a beautiful looking piece and has not given me a problem while running 16.5psi. Also works great with my meth kit.

Glad you're enjoying the CP. Any chance you can snap a few pics of the pipe installed

Just picked up our ER pipe tonight. Harold from HP Autowerks was in town tonight, so we picked him up and took him on a wild goose chase in an S500 through the streets of Manhattan

The N54 is not prone to cracking its CP, but the stock CP tends to blow off with higher boost on the N54, and the stock DVs tend to leak at elevated boost levels. Different issues LOL
