short break with the 335d

just back from a 4 day break to snowdonia yorkshire dales and lincolnshire. did about 800 miles the car was superb and really cant think of a car id rather have done it in (including an aston!) very comfortable enough room for the luggage although no spare space so the wife was unable to buy loads of clutter (shame) averaged 42.8 mpg including some roadworks at 50mph and a few miles enjoying the performance.

Sounds like you're like me and enjoy the driving as much as the break!

I'm off to Cornwall for a short break on Friday and will do a similar mileage, first long drive since I've owned it.

Will be interesting to see what mpg I can get, but if I aim for good figures perhaps I'm not enjoying it properly.
