$1500 to spend

Which exhaust to get? I prefer the whole system not just mufflers, I am thinking Bastuck, Agency, AE.. any other ideas? I prefer quad tips but I figure I can just get a dual exahust hack the tips off and get some quads from cyba and have them welded on. any ideas? thanks

P.S- looking for a "classy" sound, dont want people to think im driving a civic, so no drone, fairly quiet low end, and screaming when WOT

We have the Bastuck 4x76mm Quad system in stock. Bastuck also makes a rear diffuser. Please pm me if you would like more info Bastuck is handmade in Lebach Germany and is a drone free system.

I would go for light weight 18" wheel like TR M1, that will give you better suspension control, better steering feel, stop faster ,go faster and more comfort. Better in every way.

If I were you, I would buy a Code3 Spearco Intercooler. By far a better investment and shouldn't cause a hassle at the dealership. No doubt good for the life of the engine and a better bang for the buck in terms of perfomance gains than an exhaust...

I'm currently in the process of saving up some funds to purchase one myself.

I'd get the helix intercooler ($999) and catless downpipes ($600) making it slightly more than $1500 but you'll love the power gains. Plus the intecooler will help your engine life and downpipes will still give you an awesome sound with the stock exhaust.

i just noticed that your signature is things on your wish list and not what you have. If thats the case then I'd say get a JB3 and the helix intercooler, will cost you a total of 1600 as well, or JB3 and catless downpipes if you want to a different exhaust tone than the current one, besides, you live in CT and the weather is going to be cool until april so you wont really see the benefit of an intercooler until the summer. so id say go with the JB3 and catless downpipes. will cost you a total of 1200 so you'll get some extra money to spend on something else

I only have 1 problem, I am basically stock piling parts right now. I have aluminum trim for the whole interior, alum pedal, Seibon CF trunk, wheels/tires

I am planning on JB3, DV, Exhaust, Roof spoiler, rear diffuser... and I am having them all installed at once in the spring... now if i get the JB3 now... what are the chances of a better one being available by spring? i dont want to have the outdated shit ya know

I essentially want to give them my fairly stock 335xi, and have it returned a beast

ECU tune first; other mods are secondary. Nobody will argue this.

Agreed. That's the best place to start if you're looking for performance.

My 2 cents. Here's my list
+1 on the ECU being first.
=> FMIC helix or code3
=> Exhaust
wheels

That exhaust is nice. Very clean. No drone? It goes on the list.
