Nitto Tire reviews/opinions?

I've decided to give Nitto a shot. Always stuck with the more notable name brands and I've always had excellent results.

Found a set of NT555 for $427.50 a pair

Found a set of Invo for $467.40 a pair

Found a set of NT05 for $494.00 a pair

All prices include shipping...

I'm just curious about performance; both wet and dry, road noise, and wear life.

Road noise because I log a lot of highway miles.

Wear life because I feel like although UTQG is a standardized system, every tire seems to be measured differently that I've ever used. Some of the more poor quality tires with higher UTQG's have not endured as My various 200 UTQG Bridgestones have...

Thanks for the input and if anyone can note any cheaper places to find these, please chime in!

I really like my NT555's on my car. Lots of grip (dry & wet) and they are smooth and quiet on the road. I can't speak for the INVO's though, but from Nitto's site says the it is quieter then the NT555's though. Hope this helps!

I love my Invo's. They're super quiet, grip like mad in dry, and have killer looks. Wet traction is fine, way better than the oem RFTs. Overall I'm highly satisfied with these tires. Good luck with your choice

I've had invo's for a year now and I love them. They are great for daily driving and can grip really well on sharp turns. Sidewall feels a bit stiff, which makes the ride a little bouncy but its a solid tire all around, great pricing on it too.

Excellent. I hear that by comparison to the Invo's they are only decent but it's good to know that they are in fact pretty good. I've heard mixed reviews about their longevity and that's what concerns me. I'll keep 'em on the back burner. Thanks for the review.

Sidewall shouldn't be a problem, I'm used to RFT's and these will be 35 front 30 rear aspect ratio...

I'm really just curious about tread wear. What kind of mileage have you guys gotten from these? Pretty regular spirited driving?

I have NT05 good grip but wear fast not even 10k and I'm down to the wear bar. I drove aggressive on occasion to check my car for limp modes.

About 10k on my rears and 15k on the fronts, I can take measurements tomorrow. I beat on it occasionally.

I did a search for INVO's on Tire Rack and nothing came up that fits the 335i 19". Help! Must get quieter tires!

Tirerack dosent carry Nitto's.

running 235/275 nitto invos on 19's. excellent ride quality, noise and dry traction... haven't had rain all year to judge that yet.

I have Michelin PSS and they are pretty quiet. Phenominal dry and wet traction.

I also had the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric for about 20,000 miles. Fantastic tire too. Not as quiet as the PSS, but not loud either. Again, dry and wet traction were great.

Nt05's on my previous e92 had good grip and very good feedback on the track. On the street they were noisey but still nice to drive on. They do wear quickly.

NT05 family

I have them and they are excellent. Grip is king of its attributes. Noise/comfort? Still way better than run flats. It was excellent on stock E92 suspension. Rougher on coilovers, obviously.
