EXACTLY. They did not put the inner "element" (thought it was referred to as a cage) back on the cap. Basically put the filter in, and capped it on. No wonder I've been throwing codes. I told them, I trusted you guys, I need to see with my own eyes its theres since you said it was. Pulled the cap off and low and behold. Paid about $1197 in parts attempting to fix this P0012 code and knocked off everything on my list. Finally, I figured it out. Thanks Valvoline.
