the worst part is that i was at a 6 kegger earlier and didn't shit from the cops...told us to keep walking...went to a friends house with a small group and 7 houses got hit they were all small parties too

Assuming I understand the concept of "arrest", how is it possible to get arrested and being told to keep walking at the same time?

I'm not mad at the cops they did do thier jobs...I'm mad at the fact that a small group got hit rather than a 6 kegger party a few blocks away and to the person who said isn't walking away not getting arrest I was walking away from the 6 keggar and after I was at my friends house with a few friends they decided to slam on 7 houses doors and transport all the underage to a holding room downtown...all 55 of us they could have easily gotten another 50 by just going to that 6 keggar doesn't make sense to me...we weren't even loud the complaint was called on a house down the street and the cops basically went to every house with the lights on

Instead of being pissed off about why they chose your party over a 7-kegger, be pissed off at yourself for breaking the law. It's simple, you're under the legal age. Did I drink before I was 21, hell yeah, but I was prepared to deal with the consequences if I got caught. I also only held my cup if I was drinking. Other than that I put it down so they couldn't bust me for possession.

Not sure in Philly, but in Tallahassee you get a written arrest. As long as you do the community service and take an alcohol prevention class it gets taken off your record.
