Widest staggered setup with no rubbing

I know this question has been asked and answered ad-nauseum, but I have to ask again lol

I have a 2007 E92 with H&R Sports / Koni Yellows and I was wondering what is the widest staggered setup I can go with for both wheels and tires WITHOUT rubbing?

I am planning on upgrading my current setup and I would like a more aggressive look with wider wheels/tires but definitely don't want any rubbing.

Thanks in advance!

What are you running now size wise and offset? I’ve seen around on the forums some guys running 295 without rubbing.
