Had a bad weekend ending up with a scraped bumper and a kerbed alloy...don't ask Anyway, can anyone recommend a good smart repair company either in the Slough or Bristol area, rough prices will also be good. Damage is not to bad, kerb alloy rim, and bumper scratch is abour 20cm long and 5 cm wide on the corner of the bumper . Many thanks.

When I had repair work done I took it to High Wycombe BMW, they then took it to LFG Bodyshop.

In future I would go direct to LFG as they are BMW approved. About 4 mins from M40 Junction 4.

Sounds very much like a scuff I had on my rear bumper - chipsaway Northampton (Paul Smith) did an amazing job for £130 or so

Just popped into a Kwik Fit smart repair center in slough..they want £45 for the scuff and another £45 for the alloy repair....very tempted...anyone used these guys before ???/

Sytner Wycombe sorted out my kerbed alloys for £60 a wheel when I picked up my private used 335i msport. For a main dealer I thought this was excellent. Top quality job as well and very convenient due to timing this with a service.

A lot of main dealers just get the mobile people in to do it, they don't do it themselves.

£60 a wheel at main dealer sounds cheap. Fawdington BMW charged me £80/wheel
