If Memphis beats Clippers in Game 7, the Spurs will be in trouble...

Completely agree except I think spurs over OKC in 5 rather than 6 :P OKC is too inconsistent to hold the spurs off IMO.

ha, even better right?
but yeah, OKC being primarily a jump shooting team does not have the advantage against the more talented Spurs in any way. If the Spurs can shut off OKC's inside game & force them to shoot jumpers, then there goes the game. Granted OKC has some great shooters, but if the shots aren't falling they have nothing to work with. Shut down Durant, Westbrook, and Harden and it's all over.

But OKC NEVER gives up...love their work ethic.

Let's look forward to OKC beating down the Lakers, Lakers will eventually get butthurt and frustrated and Mr. World Peace will probably send some one flying into the stands.

memphis v clips series was physical..if they can bring that intesity and physicality to round 2 they could give the spurs a run for their money,...love how everyone keeps counting the clips out...keep it going tho...

The Clippers almost choked in the first round. Almost lost the series being up 3-1. You actually think they stand a chance against the Spurs?

As much as I want to see the young Clips advance, there is absolutely no way they are going to beat the Spurs. In the Memphis series, I personally thought Memphis had the edge with their ability to play D and better coaching but I didn't rule the Clips out completely because they do have a shot against teams like Memphis, Magic, even the Pacers.

Spurs are like OKC if not better because they don't rely solely on jumpers. Take a look back into OKC's game yesterday, they shot an unreal 58%+ the entire game...I don't remember the last time they did that. Friggin happy as hell they blew out the Lakers but I doubt they'll shoot that high of a percentage again.

Spurs to roll Clips by 15+ today

It's a common misconception that everyone thinks the Spurs are full of old legs. Aside from Duncan, Parker, Ginoblli, the average age is around 24 & the big 3 still have a lot more left. When, in the regular season did they show fatigue? Granted Pop has rested them two or three times but those were on the road and against weak teams that don't require a W. AND keep in mind the Spurs BENCH beat Suns at home against a must win & the Warriors but thats another story lol

that being said if OKC plays the way they did against the Fake show last night, then Spurs have their work cut out for em. unreal shooting 58%+ the entire game

Yeah, hope the two fast paced teams continue the scoring barrage keeping the games into the 100's

If the Spurs allow OKC to turn the next series into a track meet then its over. As far as my lakers go. They have 2 of the DUMBEST Big Men in the game.

lol yeah...suppose to be two of the most TALENTED big men...but when they show up, we will never know.

Lakers might have a chance tonight though. After blow out loses, I don't remember the Lakers losing or losing by much.

Harden just pissed the fuck out of Pop & the Spurs by hitting that useless 3 at the end.

Spurs going to beat down OKC next game.
