My suggestion for your first mod would be the body color reflector mod. That orange reflector does nothing good up there. Its really easy to do (just warm it up with a blow dryer and pry/search for the DIY for it in the DIY forum) and doesnt take long at all and is fairly cheap.

Matt, you missed out on Sid's ride. Its fricken sick. Im envious. He let me rev it up, and that may have been a bad idea.

Having trouble finding the reflector in my color - am I SOL, or I wonder what else would look good on my car? Anything better than the orange, which of course I never noticed before lol

Try getting a smoked reflector. Basically it is just tinted. Almost looks like CF.

You might want to shoot the vendors in the vendor forum a PM asking about your color, maybe its on the horizon and just hasnt come out yet? That, or go with the smoked color I guess.

You really did get a unique color, or its new for 2011 and they just havent started making stuff in that color yet???

Saw someone post it on a 2009 - not sure about before. I e-mailed the guy from http://**********s.com/ but I'll keep digging.

Yea, you might want to check with JBSPEED, JleviSW and others. Its very possible they only make them in limited batches due to the color not being very prevalent.

No, Im going to call them tomorrow. I plan on taking it in sometime the week of the 11th, probably like the 14th or something. My friend that is also 'semi-retired' is going to come down with me and we are going to go play a round of golf somewhere down there. I just need to call him first and find a day that he isnt busy with his other side projects.

What do you guys think? It is definitely different. Im not exactly sure what I think of all of it but I am going to see how it looks after I install my front lip and get a diffuser.

I hope that works out for you but if you can, you should actually try and go through IND instead. They have a paint shop on site so I am sure they could just paint you a set. I have had not been very happy with the bimmian products that I have got specifically, my painted reflectors. Neither the paint or fitment are up to my standards.
