328i right? that kinda exhaust should come standard here for 328i instead of the ugly looking oem one

Hartge Classic II:
9 x 20" offset 40 with 245 / 30 ZR 20 front
10 x 20" offset 40 with 285 / 25 ZR 20 rear
Hartge lowering kit
Hartge rear silencer.
The car is 325i 218 HP (euro version)

That's it? 40 offset....... does not look like you could run aggressive offset like you can on the E90. Those look close to the fender wall already.

An m3 LM offset will make the wheel extend an extra 15mm, it'll be extra tight.

is there any rolling of the fenders? say i ordered wheels and tires those exact sizes for my 335 with the 40 offsets, would they fit perfect? would i have any rummbing? would i need suspension or coilovers?

I'd be willing to bet that those offset specs are wrong. The e92 is the same exact chasis as the e90 therefor should be able to run the same offsets. Something along the lines of +28 rear +35 front.

Maybe they are using spacers.

E90 is wider than E92

Yes the body structure of the e90 is wider than the e92 but you should still be able to run a lower more aggressive offset than +40. And when you say wider, if you look it up, its only an inch or so difference.
