One-way check valve fluid flush
Interesting tool. This one incorporates a socket built into where you connect it to the bleed valve along with the check valve and a hose. So you just push it onto the bleed valve and turn to open up the bleed valve with the hose going into a catch bottle of your choice. Then you can simply go pump your brakes. The built in check valve will allow fluid and air to exit from the bleed valve, but prevent anything from going back. Of course you're guessing when you have pumped the brakes enough to clear it, but that can be worked around by either pumping a lot through it just to be sure or using a $7 harbor freight pump and watching everything.
Not sure what size the bleed valves are, so if you order, figure that out first. http://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-08-...=cm_cr_pr_pb_t I just went with this one http://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-08-...ZHSGCGGPJMRWVS and will probably combine it with this hand pump http://www.harborfreight.com/multi-u...ump-66418.html Not really a fan of pressure bleeders and this seems like a better and easier solution anyway. |

Really neat tool. Thanks for sharing. I'll have to get a set. If memory serves for my 325i the fronts are 11MM and the rears are 10MM, but I'll check this weekend. I have a brake flush coming up next month.
