Group CF wrap at Shinzo

Ya, I just called Shinzo. The guy I spoke to was very informative and helpful. I think I will buy the vinyl and see if I can enlist the help of someone here or get some tips from someone who has done it before and try a DIY, since they charge $220 for the job. He said the vinyl would cost me about 40 bucks. So that's a HUGE savings and I'm sure it would be a fun/challenging, learning experience.

^^ I would like to redo my roof some time this summer too... i'll see how ur DIY goes and then you can help me with my roof too!!

Amanda / Vino I can wrap the roof for you guys. Its straight forward. I did a friend of mines the other day. Came out just like my roof.

Yah i came across a really good DIY and i finally figured out how to safely remove the shark fin... so i dont suspect that it'll be too bad......how did u do the fin?

Kriston - have you ever tried doing the silver trim around the window? That's the part I want to get done. I heard its pretty tough to get it done right.

Thinking about getting a hard top for my soon-to-be-delivered Boxster S for winter use.

If I am going to vinyl wrap it should I consider matt back or CF? Car is meteor grey metallic.

I got the idea from these pictures. It looks a lot better in black than body colour IMO.

I would go matte black if you don't have other CF components/parts on the car.
