Interested. But could someone include the restoration procedures if decided to remove the vinyl, repaint required or just simple surface detailing. I have heard cases when the clear coating got peel off. Honestly, vinyl wrapping looks fantastic when the trend is still on, but there will be one day people sees that as old-school, then it will be time to remove. Can anyone chime in some inputs for the aftermath?

no repaint required after remove the vinyl, you might need to do simple surface detaling to bring back the shine!!!

But I am also shopping around, as I got a rough quote from Shinzo and they tend to be a few hundred more then local guys out here on the West End.

The CF stuff is very durable and has a type of all weather laminate on top for extra protection.

Been running my CF roof for half the summer and this winter with no issues.

CF vinyl and regular vinyl will come off without issue and in most cases in one entire piece. Depends on the grade of vinyl used.

Repaint is not required. Only time I have seen paint come up is on a CHEAP ASS repaint. No worries on factory BMW paint.
