This so-called Taiwanese restaurant has so-so Taiwanese style wok dishes, decent well drinks, and lots of eye candy. If you order certain dishes (involving clay pots) ask the waiter to ask the chef to cook it halfway through (it'll be done when it gets to you).

I'm trying to get the manager to install a karaoke machine... then it will be as good as the SGV, Arcadia, RH places.

ZOMG snow ice... you're like a girlie-man. Karaoke machines and good Taiwanese food kinda remind me of Taiwan (places other than Taipei City)... rather neat to be somewhat fobby (and homie) then to have some high end ethnocentric overpriced eatery that serves Taiwanese food thats remotely Taiwanese.
