most likely they wont even pull you over if they were behind you, and if they pull you over most likely they will just say "please slow down sir, ill give you a warning this time, and just drive safe, thank you"

There is a full application process to even donate to this foundation. They must have a way of tracking other than just the wallet and frame. I would hate to be caught with a fake one.

The license plate frame does not GUARANTEE you getting away without a ticket. But if you have the plate on the cops might reduce it to minor citation. I have the plate on my car. Got pulled over several times, 2 or 3 times I got away without ticket but some they actually write me a ticket but really minor. From speeding to window tint, for example. So I would say it depends really on the officer and it does not guarantee anything.

As of selling it online, I believe you are not allowed to sell it to the public. If you try to post it on ebay you will get taken down immediately. Also the recent or newer authentic CHP plate has "Surrender Upon Request" engraved behind the plate frame.
