boost leak?.... Yes Boost Leak!!
Could this be a boost leak? (limp as soon im pushing a bit and boost goes over 5 psi) The error code with the bt is
30FE: 30FE Exhaust fume turbo charger, high pressure side Error will not cause a warning light Error is not currently present Test conditions have been completed Event 1 Odometer ambient pressure 976.44 hPa ambient temperature 5.25 °C pressure in front of throttle valve 167.00 kPa speed 2,860.00 rpm (I installed the FMIC last weekend and didn't use the car since then) If i stay "off boost" everything is ok. What do you think

hmm, thats a "boost too high" code... car thew a code because it saw an unexpected 9+ psi in front of the throttle valve (167.00kpa - ambient)
anything else change besides the intercooler? |

Definately not a leak then.
Could possibly be boost mapping is too aggressive resulting in an overboost code which this is. Doesn't mean anything is broken....just that the DME has detected that boost is too high. Are you running a more aggressive map? |

stop driving the car and recheck all your connections and retorque them. Be safe, no reasn to push the turbo's if you think you have a boost leak.

Thanks to everyone. I Found the boost leak. Was a really hard one.
Both Pipes blow off the FMIC... Stupid me didn't click in the pipes properly in. So much about an easy install with a 19" problem. Took it on the lift today (didn't have time till today) and startet to shake my head about my self. Installed it, went on the Highway and had a show down with an AMG 62. Dead even 80 to 150 MPH im happy.
