Adding USB audio input to a car which has a combox

I'm in the process of buying a 2011 335i which has a combox (S6VCA) but does not have the USB audio input (S6FLA) in the centre console.

Does anybody know what's involved in retrofitting the USB input?

Is it as simple as getting the right "USB socket to combox" cable and coding the car, or is it more complex than that?

(All the forum guides that I have read are about retrofitting a combox or a MULF2, but there doesn't seem to be anything about adding USB input to an existing combox).

should just be the cables the usb socket and programming very
much like the Mulf 2 Hi addition of 6fl.

i can ship genuine usb/aux cables and socket for combox

Thanks. Could you please PM me the cost of the cable/socket shipped to the UK? The car is an E93 (convertible) if that makes any difference. I'm due to collect it next weekend.
