11/07 335xi lease. What's the BEST deal for LEAST down. (flexible on months&mileage)

I have ZERO lease experience but I have excellent credit.
I need to find the best deal on a 335xi sedan lease.

The only options I need on my 335xi sedan are auto, folding rear seats, and silver.
I could be flexible on the cold package, sport package, and keyless start.

I am flexible on the length of term and mileage.
I just want to get the best deal with as little down as possible.

Thank you for your help.

So, now that we have busted my balls,
can I please get a straight answer.

I just got a payment for $640 for 60 month to OWN a G35x with ZERO down.

So, before I make the "mistake" of buying the Infiniti,
I wanted to at least get the best number for a 335xi so I can make an educated decision.

Thanks.

coming from a 2004 G35 coupe, I would veer away from the G35x. Dont get me wrong, the sedan is a really nice car, much nicer than the previous sedan. The resale on the sedans is poor (compared to the coupes), the level of service at the dealership is decent at best. They will promise you a loaner car...but good luck actually getting into one once its time for service. Additionally, that car has a poor interior. My interior was far inferior full of creaks and wobbles. Overall it was a good car for the money, I may have considered the G37 but no AWD and the price difference was like 5-7k...so I figured Id switch things up and get the BMW...
