Hey Bud,

Not trying to rain on your parade, but $80k for a (what I presume to be imported) E92 with 100k on the clock is a very high starting point?

As an example, this is at West Coast BMW : http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/de...ock&sort=Price

So you get a 12 month BMW Warranty, 12 Month Servicing etc

Anyway, the AW E92's are stunning, so who ever buys her is going to be happy, good luck

Nice car, wish my car was white and manual but @ 100km and 80k good luck.
But i think there is a premium price for the colour and the fact there were not many manuals.

Love the car but 08 m3's can be had for 80k with less than 100,000km.

Folks,

I've put this ad up to gauge interest, I dont know what they retail here for but this is what I was advised to put it up for. A simple PM advising the above would have sufficed.

Generally if I see something thats overly priced, I dont go posting all over there thread about it.

Thanks for the info

Kenzi

no need to get your panties all bunched up.

I think you get the drift that 80k for an import with 100klm's on the clock is a long long way off the mark and tbh if you looked at carsales you'd have known this off the bat.

just out of interest why the sale? iirc you only just imported it a few months back.

Sorry for OT - I noticed white was hard to come by as well.

Seems that for most other cars, white is the most common colour. Any reason BMW (and mercs) are hard to come by in white? (this is probably a stupid question and expect that it's just that new car buyers just don't order white, but still..) Just curious!

No main reason for sale and I would gladly keep it, I would however actually be a little bit gutted if I sold it but I would like to buy a motorbike. It's something I never thought I would want before moving out here even with having done my motorbike licence a while ago but the sunny days are making me want one, so buying something cheaper would be logical to warrant having both.

Yes UK import, although I see no problem with it being an import as nothing was required to be changed. All service history and previous original MOT from UK can be provided also.

I would obviously listen to offers around the market value but not at the price I got in a PM earlier which was laughable.

Price lowered.

Good luck though with the sale, she looks to be well looked after!

You'll find that White also attracts a premium with E46 M3's here in Australia.

There was an 09 E92 6MT M Sport with heavy options at the start of the year for around 79k, and that sold faily quickly IIRC (although it had way under half the kms).

Someone had to order white from new (like me).
I would have loved to have gone manual, but I was burnt last time. When I had my E46, I ordered it from the factory with a manual and hated it; it was the worst gearbox ever.
I don't mind the DCT, but when I am trying to park it is so slow...

I originally wanted an auto but the manuals are VERY rare so I decided to go for that instead.

Nothing wrong with my gearbox, not too clunky either? I've have 6 BMW's now and this is by far the best so far!!
