Exhaust on my new used car

Just bought a AW 09 335i. Previous owner did some mods, major one being the exhaust. I crawled under the car to see what it was. Just says Aero on the mufflers. Quad Tip, I don't see any resinators or cats. Not sure where or how to look for DPs to see if they are catless.

The car is crazy loud, it sounds great, race car great. But... I have to make it quieter. It is my DD and doing 70ish on the highway is a constant drone.

Thoughts?

You can pick up stock exhaust for around $200 off the forums.

Are you catless? Just weld in resonators in the midpipes or some race cats, problem solved.

yeah, seriously debated ear plugs. I have some in my dresser from the last Nascar Race. Any suggestions on brand? (of resonators)or where to buy? I wouldn't mind finding stock mid pipes and keeping the quads at the back.

My exhaust was the same way as I have catless and remarkingly with the addition of the resonators, it made it perfect and the rasp noise was totally gone.
