Car 'jerk' getting more often

I have read somewhere in this forum about members experiencing car jerking during idling. I have actually the same experience since 6 months ago but it wasn't serious and very very bareable. So, I just happen to accept it since even my mechanic could not find the fault since it's once in awhile thing.

But recently, i notice it getting more and more often and jerkier during idling with the ac turn on. But when ac turned off, it's ok. Can anyone help? What's wrong? Your sharing will be deeply appreciated. Thanks.

I had this feeling in my Volvo and it was one of the engine mounts wearing out. Have you mechanic take a closer look at the engine mounts.

Thanks for the suggestion guys. But now, the 'jerk' happens not so often again. maybe i'll just let my mech have the car for a day and let him figure it out. Argh......i rememberi saw a tread somewhere discussing this issue....gotto look harder.

I dunno if its me being 'sensitive' or what....but i notice this when changing from RON95 to RON97 petrol, the 'jerk' seems to be very very much less obvious and not so often....sometimes none. I start using RON97 a week ago. Maybe too early to tell?? Any idea guys??
