Seat Belt assist not working

Hi guys, My passenger seat belt assist arm has stopped working. The driver's side is ok, am I right in saying there is only one fuse for both arms? If so, is the actuator the likely problem ? The seatbelt warning light comes on if I have a passenger, so it's not the seat sensor. I've seen the video to remove the assist mechanism, but want to be sure before I go ahead. I assume a replacement is the only option, has anyone in Oz done this? Where did you get the new actuator from?
Any help would be appreciated....

Has anyone had a faulty seatbelt assist and repaired it without buying a complete replacement? Any advice would be appreciated.
