I've seen the brushed aluminum on black in person...looked good but I wasn't really impressed. I went with black leather/grey poplar after seeing the interior pics thread.

I love sparkiling graphite in pictures but in person I think it has a pink cast in the sunlight which really turns me off. Do others have the same impression?

I've heard some say it has a purplish hue in the sun but most think it's kind of a cool feature of the color that it changes in diff light conditions.

^^WHS^^
I saw both yesterday...
- Space grey/ alum
- black/grey poplar

1st I'm not normally a fan of wood in a car & generally prefer alum.

Not with this car....
The alum just looked OK in comparison to the grey poplar.
The grey poplar was outstanding

Not my thing personally. I have seen Coral in person. I'd be sick of it after a couple days. I have seen Graphite with Saddle and that was amazing looking. That's what I'm getting with Grey Poplar trim. Aluminum is cold looking to me. JMHO..

We've had brushed aluminium (car in the above Harry335 pics) - its nice, but the best interior combo is coral red with high gloss black - this was our original choice but we bottled out having never seen it when ordering.
The UK dealers now have cars to see and the SG - Coral Red - High Gloss Black combo is beautiful, if any one is considering this but are having doubts then don't - it looks FANTASTIC!
No regrets though, Dakota with alu still looks cool

Beautiful pictures everyone!! Oddly enough, the first 335i I saw was in Sparkling Graphite as I passed by my dealer, hehehe...I love SG, it's such an interesting color...looks just as good on the 328/335i.
