If he got the photos from just copying them from the internet, I'm not sure this is really a problem - the intent is just to show what a red M3 interior looks like (it looks totally stock to me, so any old picture off the web of an M3 will do).

I realise there are no personal details of my car, but I'd have though common decency has something to do with it.

You start a thread on here and the US section asking for official interior colour names and when replied to you don't even acknowledge.

Then rip off a photo, maybe I'm old fashioned, but manners cost nothing.

Feel free to keep the photo in your ad, just remember my cut of the earnings
