the name of the property management company southwest commercial, they told me all about the people in suite A. again, they have no connection to trendix but they simply have rented out suite A to them. they sounded very surprised that the company might be leaving.

when the property management company said carbon fiber, it made me think of fiberdesigns and the possible connections there. i highly suspect that carlos is a psuedonym for Christina Su Yu Lin.
THEY'RE FULL OF SHIT!!

same name for the property rented and on the california corporation listing.

My brother was telling me about how when there are a group of people involved in something, their responsibilities are divided among them. In this case some people are assuming that others have contacted the police. I bet many people are just waiting for ohers to get this solved for them.

I just dont get why you guys are taking so long to get this resolved. I mean even the people that are not involved in the GBs are trying to help you guys out.

As for Steve- I dont know whether he's guilty or not but perhaps we should keep him as a suspect since this is a large case of fraud. Im in no way saying that he is guilty. Im simplying say that since you guys trusted a vendor and got screwed, maybe it's best not to trust anyone that could be related to the scam in any way.

goood point about thinking that others are taking action, when they might be waiting around thinking the same.

if you have been scammed...contact their local polce dept. One person will not get them off their butts, but 10+ surely will

Everybody that has had a bad transaction with Trendix should do the following:

- Contact the Santa Ana Police Department: (714) 245-8665

- Fill out a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer complaint form: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.s..._ORG_CODE=PU01

- Fill out a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) internet crime complaint form: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/

Don't wait and think somebody else will do it. Anybody that has bad transaction with Trendix should report it. The more complaints the authorities get, the more likely the authorities will take quick action against Trendix.

Good luck fellas!

Thanks shragon - I did all of the above today & it was easy to do. Hopefully this will help everyone (including me) who was a victim of this pathetic scam.

*UPDATE*

I have just received through my email a response by the FTC complaint board, and they said they have already received my complaint and has fowarded it to the Attorney's Office in California and other local athorities and they will be looking into the case and press charges if found.

Heres something they said:
"By law, a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within 30 days after receiving it. If the company is unable to ship on time, the company must give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling your order and receiving a prompt refund."

ARE YOU READING THIS CARLOS???

You guys know a guy name Tom? He purchased some center caps from me, but hasn't gotten back to me. BBS sent him the wrong batch, and now he's not picking up my phone calls.
