Looking to buy a used but excellent condition 2011-2012 BMW 328i coupe with from a private owner within 500 miles of Chicago, must also have the following:
less than 40k miles.
M Sport Package (most important to me, won't consider it without, not even the regular sport package).
6 speed manual transmission.
Cold Weather Package.
clear title in owner's name so I can take ownership right away instead of waiting weeks to receive the title in the mail that still has a lien on it.
All maintenance records.
Up to date with maintenance.

Willing to consider:
Premium package and any other factory packages
Minor cosmetic mods might be ok but nothing too drastic and definitely nothing that could void the warranty.
Any color (I haven't seen a bad color)

Will NOT consider:
Automatic transmission
335I model (don't want extra expense of the turbo)
Any engine or mechanical mods.
Dealers (would like to avoid higher price and sales tax)
Salvage or rebuilt titles, don't want an accident/disaster reject.
Any accident history.

I live in Chicago and work for an airline so I can fly-and-drive for the right deal within 500 miles of Chicago. Also since I fly to LA frequently as that's where I'm from, i'd consider buying in LA then do a cross-country joyride/vacation but that could be a long shot. Willing to pay KBB private party value with appropriate corrections for condition, mileage, equipment. I'd take it to a mechanic to get an inspection at my cost of course prior to purchase. I can pay by cashier's check, my bank is Chase Bank so the transaction could be done and funds verified at any local branch. I'm replacing my 2006 325i.
