Logic 7 Trouble

I did a search before posting and found a few things related to this topic. But ive decided to post to see if anyone else as input.

My Logic 7 in my 335i has no sound! its turned on, I can switch sources, but no audio comes out. It appears there is a TSB on the Amp and I though at first thats it, but later in the day i got some feed back and static like noise for a bit out of the speakers. any thoughts? Loose connection? Where should I look for connections? where is the AMP located?
