Anyone have to cancel from them? how long did you have to wait before your account was credited? It seems to be taking forever, I wrote them an email and no response. Trying to get through to them on the phone seems impossible

Mine was credited within 24-36 hours after they received the item. I only have great things to say about Jlevi

Usually they are pretty good with the CS. Since both Jon and Nick are out of the country and only Kenny is answering PMs and stuff, it might take a little longer, but they should come through. I have always had a good experience with JLeviSW.

I canceled because the pedals were back ordered. I got a quick email telling me the payment was cancelled. And I have done other business with them and it has been great. But for some reason this time it's not working
