Nrgh, i think it's time for me to get on this pipe bandwagon. Only had about 250 miles between regens. I caught one near syracuse NY, and another just hours later up near lake placid.

Id give it more than one quick one before you give up on it. Actually no I wouldnt, if I was in a position where I could reasonably do that I would give it 0 quick ones before I gave up on it. When I first started spraying meth the car started doing regens pretty frequently, probably not more than 250 miles between, probably because of all the crud getting washed down. Now its back up to around 500 miles between, but if I didnt have OBD testing it would be gone

I lived up in plattsburgh for a long time, but now i'm out in kentucky. Usually end up doing the trip about 6 times a year to visit family. Lately I've been skipping over albany by taking a shortcut between amsterdam & saratoga.

Set up your App like this.
Make sure you are monitoring EGR while NOT in Regen; otherwise it will show 0% (like my screenshot with EGT tesmps above 400C+)

Take screen shot of EGR and EGT while starting cold at idle. Or while EGTs are normal (as my 2nd screenshot)

here's my latest: it varied a lot and the highest it went was 664 degrees going up a hill at 70 mph. I'm having issue w the OBD II connecting w Torque program

So far it looks like Jarek is the only one that has the EGR delete via remap figured out.

Isnt it part of the emissions system , I have no codes thats why

but its working fine apparently, so why would there be codes or limp mode?

The codes are probably suppressed. Doesn't mean it is not hitting the code condition.

No explanation? Do you have the EGR blocked off? If yes, then it is still trying to work but not throwing codes because they have been deleted. If it is blocked and the codes had not been deleted, it would show 0% EGR (after the code sets) and turn the light on. That is what I have. If its not blocked off, then its still working just as it did when it rolled off the lot.
