"S911 Registered Mail
3.3Opened Envelope

Any envelope or package that appears to have been opened and resealed, or otherwise improperly prepared, may not be registered."

Straight from USPS.
I shipped it. If it was open then they should not have registered it and shipped it. It was out of my hands and in the hands of USPS when you claim that the SSTT got lost. I'm sorry that you won't understand that this is not an act of my irresponsibility but of the post offices'.

Hello, Stangorang.
I may not be a very active member on the site, but i came across this post and wanted to stand up for this seller since he has never wronged me, and i feel like you are a victim of bad luck and poor USPS management. Like you said in your post. It was never sealed, and "fell out." Thats clearly not his fault, but purely the fault of the workers at the office. There is nothing wrong with having the employees of a postal office seal a package... i mean their job is handling mail of all sorts. This is just one of those sad situations where you, the buyer gets the bad end of the deal but by the fault of the middle man (USPS). Im not saying you shouldnt be angry, or feel taken advantage of, but maybe speak to the USPS office that the package was sent from?
I have actually purchased multiple items from kkashanchi: mtec v3 Angel Eyes, VRSF Downpipes, and a set of VMR VB 3's.

Best of luck to you, my friend.

What kind of idiot would expect a Post Office employee to pack and seal an envelope for them! He addressed the envelope and couldn't pull the tape off to seal it. I don't buy it at all either.

All around shady including the one with 2 posts standing up for them.

Sorry for your loss OP

As a seller you are still responsible till the item gets to the customer hands. issue the man a refund or send him another one. i rather loose a few bucks than loose my reputation as a seller and have to answer for negative comments like these.

So the seller sent an open envelope via USPS and is claiming no responsibility? I want to be sure I am reading this right. It's not how many great transactions you do it's how you handle a problem. If the envelope was not sealed and the solution is to blame USPS that excuse speaks for itself.

Not sure who I believe or not yet. I'm more interested in knowing why you would want a SSTT? You have a Cobb, and I can assure you its much much better. Even a JB+ is better then sstt.

Trying to replicate a misfire that only occurs while tuned. SSTT is the cheapest and easiest way to up the boost a bit and see if I can replicate the issue while the Cobb is not married to my car. If it happens with the SSTT it is likely a mechanical issue (which it probably is anyway, although my plugs and coils are basically new).

Once I am done I will likely hand it off to a local looking for a cheap tune.
You wanted a sstt to check for a misfire? I posted an ad approximately 3 moths ago and you initially offered way under the asking price. You come 3 months later asking for it again at a lower price to check for a misfire? I wouldn't be surprised if you have the sstt and are just claiming nothing came with it. I have told you that USPS would not ship an unsealed envelope and if they would it woul be their reaponsibility according to their policies which I posted above. I did visit my local post office to see if the sstt was there but it was not, why do you keep assuming things?
Your whole argument and "evidence" that I'm irresponsible and didn't seal the envelope is based on poorly made assumptions. You first open a claim that there is nothing in the envelope then you change the claim to saying it was the wrong item through PayPal. It really seems like you got the sstt but you just want your money back. If that's not the case, then it stillis NOT my problem that it got lost in the mail after being in USPS' hands. You haven't even asked for me to go check if the SSTT is at the post office if you really needed it to check for a misfire, you just call me irresponsible and silly names.

But I started a job and pushed the issue aside. I have time to deal with it now. Would you like receipts for my recent ignition coil and spark plug purchase? I'll post them up if you would like.

Yes, you're right. I have the SSTT and magically recreated an envelope with your writing, your tracking number, and USPS stamps. Or I some how managed to open the envelope in such a way that the best forensic scientist could never tell it was closed in the first place.

You sent me an open envelope and the SSTT fell out. Very simple. Searching for a more complex explanation to justify your negligence is pointless. All but one person at this point agrees that you are at fault, I'm not sure why you are still struggling with this issue. USPS is in the business of shipping items, not packaging them for you. I am not making an assumption that you did not seal the envelope, it is a fact. The envelope is sitting on my coffee table just the way you sent it.

With respect to the PayPal claim, there is no option to select "seller sent me an empty package because he doesn't know how to seal it." I picked the most appropriate option for the situation. I have never changed my story. Post up the PayPal claim on here for all to see if you would like. It says "empty box" and reiterates everything I have said on here.

Common sense should tell you to call the post office from which it was sent. I should not need to ask.

I find comically that you continue fight this. You will lose your PayPal payment and at the same time will have tarnished your reputation on this forum. Not worth it in my opinion.

Do you really think I would trash my reputation on e90post for $60?
All I can tell you is that you're not getting your money back because it was USPS' fault and not mine. Did you not read the things I posted directly from USPS themselves?

Can you not put 2 and 2 together?
USPS' fault, I don't give you money back. Take it up with them. I will check again and look for the sstt in the post office if it had fell out there and ship it again if I find it. I already checked once and couldn't find it. You're the most not understanding buyer on this forum and on PayPal.

Why didn't you buy insurance on the package?
I don't believe that you don't have the sstt. You should ask USPS why they would ship a unsealed package which was supposed to be sealed by the teller who offered to along with sticking the tracking number sticker and confirmation sticker on the envelope. Usps is not allowed to register and send an incorrectly packaged item like this because they wouldnt want to accept liability if this does happen. It was in usps' hands when it got "lost" they had shipped it and accepted responsibility. Please understand that. I understand you feel like you got the short end of the stick but do you not realize that its not my fault if usps ships something and it gets lost? The sstt was very snug in that package unsealed or not I doubt it would fall out. But yet I'll check again and let you know if it's in the post office still so I can re ship it to you.

How hard is it to seal an envelope? Takes like 2 seconds... You were being lazy IMO... I make sure my stuff is packaged properly and delivered.
