Need to flash my car back to stock with MHD... where do I get the file?

Before I completely understood all this stuff, I had my car flashed and never knew to ask for the stock file.

Now I need to get my car smogged, and the tune won't allow my sensors to achieve readiness... so I gotta get the stock flash back on there.

Can anyone help? My car is a 03/07 335i, which I believe is the newer FRM etc (since I had the Alpina flash coded in, I have the oil cooler, etc)

Appreciate the help, going to try this in the next few days.

Flashed on his "map 0", drove around a bit... never been so happy to see a check engine light

now that I know readiness is working, time to install the dp fix
