Haha I'm only jealous What engine SLK is it?

I got all the hairdresser comments when I had a TT and then with a Z4!

Is a 280, so in English that's a 3 litre V6 with about 250-ish bhp I think.
Goes better than my 2007 (pre ED) 325i E92 did, so it's not too bad. And it sounds waaaaay better.

Is a nice car, but I'm itching to get back into BMW, so if it stays past Christmas it will have done well (so will I for keeping it!!)

Suprising what you can do in the back of a coupe. Shame it was all over quicker than the DXB can do the quarter mile.

SunnyBizzle is the mind reader!
I have three potentials:

Used M5
Used CSL
New 335i/d (possibly E93, which means 335i only)

Will see after xmas, but I'm mighty tempted at 3yr old M5's with sub-30k miles going for £30k

Had a nice day for a meet.

Yeh it's natural progression from something like a 325i. I mean a 335i is nice but once you've been there so to speak an M is the next real option IMO. That's where I'll be heading eventually..

Black/variations of, and other darker colours rule

Good to meet everyone, great location for lunch and great food also.

It's a shame that those that left after lunch missed the blast in the afternoon, great route accompanied by a lovely soundtrack courtesy of Si's lovely SLK.
Thanks to Carl for organising the meet , it was a shame it was not better attended.

Who's organising the karting day?
