M3 Rep Front Bumper w/ M3 Ducts Already Installed?

Does anyone know if there are any vendors who sell the M3 replica front with M3 ducts already on it as opposed to fogs? I see there are eBay vendors that do, but they don't fit the Pre-LCI. I feel like I've exhausted my search resources. Any help would be great.
