Thumbs down Horrible Experince With Enkreuz

Just wanted to let fellow E90 members know an experience I am having with this wheel company and so it doesn't happen to others.

Buyers Beware do not buy wheels from Enkreuz besides they’re ridiculous wait time customer service is not so great either (No wonder why Jlevisw dropped them andnow so is Wheel Executives). We have been back and forth with these guys since Jan now. Placed my order with Wheel Executives for a set of H8r’s back in October with it set to be delivered in the beginning of Dec. I actually received them Jan 26. In Dec. when I would call to see what was the delay each time was a different story. When I first called they said wheels were done but payment had not been received which was a lie then the delays were because of the holidays, then another time the wheels were getting clear coated and where going to be shipped at the end of the week. For like two weeks they said they were going to be shipped. The wheels finally shipped in Jan. Now you would think I got the wheels everything is good, wrong one of the wheels comes with like 2 curb scratches chrome chipped and a bent lip( I congratulate their great packaging a rim in a box no padding, bubble wrap nothing just a box and a rim). Same day I receive wheels they say they will take care of it send them pics so they can see the damage. I do that. They respond with they are going to send the shipping company a claim (Bax Global) and they will get them to pick up my wheel to get fixed. This was Jan 26 wheel didn’t get picked up till Feb 11. It took them 2 weeks to set up the pickup. Now even better wheel gets to Cali on Feb 14th to be delivered Feb 16th. Enkreuz had sent package back COD and since they didn’t pay for shipping, shipping company didn’t leave package till that was handled. Again Enkruez with its interest in repairing my wheel as quickly as possible took almost a month to get this handled. Wheel ended up getting delivered on Mar 6th. Now wheel has supposedly been finished on Mar 20th. Now they are saying they won’t ship the wheel back till repair bill has been paid by either the shipping company or me. When originally they said even if shipping company doesn’t pay they will take care of it. How does that seem appropriate when they are the one to blame for this when they sent a package with no protection what so ever? It seems as they don’t want to eat any of the cost of this (which only thing they have paid so far was $60 for shipment and that took them a month to pay) and have the customer which has no blame for this to pay.
I have been trying to solve this quietly for some time now but enough is enough people should know what type of mediocre business these guys run.

Be careful and save your self’s the trouble and buy from other wheel companies.

Did you take any pictures? A wheel company that does't know how to pack their wheels correctly? LOL

That's shitty. Just do a chargeback and sell off the 3 wheels you still have to people who need them as sapres.

I was tempted to purchase Enkreuz; however, I am hooked on CHs'. Well the solution to your problem is to have the CC company charge it back. I know it is frustrating ordeal. GL

You think that's bad? We have a customer who has been waiting since NOVEMBER... Because enkreuz sold his wheels to another retailer.

I have a dozen stories like this... .

We are giving enkreuz 1 last chance before we post these stories on every forum we have access to.

Still, BEWARE.

Also, a chargeback will just hit *******ecutives, not enkreuz. We had a customer do that, too. Anyone want a set of H5s for an audi???

I just want to give an our insight on the whole thing. (not trying to argue with you here)

Sometimes when you order a wheel we don't receive your order right away, and certainly this is not the case with every vendor. The vendor gets your order and possibly waits for other customers to order so they can place a larger order with us a week down the road or longer. Now with your case, the wheels were slightly delayed. However, your complaint about wheel lip being bent, scratched, and dented is not the case. The wheel you send back had a small chip about 1-2mm long due to freight damage. The picture you sent us of the box had a small puncture on the side.

Shipping company is at fault here but we tried to fix the tiny dent for you and you refused. You wanted a brand new lip, which we can understand. So you tried to file a claim with the shipping company which they denied because you signed for the package acknowledging the damage on the box. This process took close to 3 weeks. But you can hardly blame us for this. We waved all labor cost on fixing the wheel because we know you already went through a lot and just want your wheels. We understand your frustration, but I think you need to blame accordingly.

You opted to not buy insurance on the package before we shipped it. BAX insures all package up to $500. The Shipping company put the small damage on the wheel which you signed for but we can see how you would have missed a small puncture on the side of the box like that. We fixed it after your claim was denied (which they shouldn't have but they did). Obviously you ran into a little bit of bad luck, but I hope once you get your wheels back you will be little less frustrated.

Not that this should matter but u should always buy insurance on anything that is shipped to you, but that shouldnt hold up that much time.

Watch out for Enkreuz wheels!

I ordered and payed a set of 20's H8R for my E92 the 23'rd February.... They promised me delivery within 5 weeks....
Now its nine weeks ago and i STILL HAVENT GOT THEM !!!

They dont answere my emails and they have not so good customer service.

I'll write a better comment in a week or so when i know more what happens with my order... I have a lot to write about Enkreuz if they dont help me out here with my H8R's.!
