It will likely depend on tire choice. Some will say yes, with a narrower, but stretched tire and possibly added negative camber. Also, some tires run on the wider side, while others are narrower even though they have the same dimensions stamped on them. Personally, I say no. Those widths + offsets are too aggressive to run an appropriately sized tire.

Your's being an LCI (not sure if there was a track width change on the E93 like there was on the the E90)...take my 2010(preLCI) E92 as an example. The stock 8.5" +37 rear rubs slightly with the stock 255/35/18 with 15mm spacers, making them +25 offset. The 10" +35 sticks out an additional 6mm...and that's not including the wider track on the LCIs, if there is one on the E93.

I appreciate man, my 19” wheels I just sold was 9.0”F +35 and 10”R+ 45 not rubbing at all only on full lock turns but none on rear

Ok, so old front wheels were inset 15mm more than new wheels and they rubbed at full lock...pretty much guarantees new wheels will rub.

Old rear wheels were inset 10mm more than the new wheels, this may work.

I know I test fitted 19x10 ET 45 on my preLCI E92, and there was no way I was going to get a tire on there without spacers, the wheel itself was really close on the inside. It looked like I'd need a 5-10mm spacer to clear, but that would really make it tough on the outside without rolling and/or pulling the rear quarters.

Are your rears rolled at all? What size tires were you running on your old wheels?

Those are nice, what are they? What made you sell them?

Your new rears will likely need a fender rolling, but should be ok(I'd verify that a bit more with someone more experienced with the E93 specifically).

Your new fronts will be the problem, especially since you were already running a small tire.

Thanks for all ya help imma definitely look into it before I order them I was told they would clear breaks but I might need spacers also. What size spacers might work for me in the front to help wheel

Spacers in the front won't help you, your new wheels are already a more aggressive offset than your old wheels...meaning they stick out more as it is.
