Bimmian.com legit?

I got a gift cert for xmas and had to call in my order about 10 days ago. I was supposed to receive an order conf number via email. I have received anything from them. I have called them 4 times and every time they keep saying they will send me an email with an order number and tracking info. I haven't seen either yet.

Just wondering if anyone else has used them? Maybe their shipping is incredibly slow. I was supposed to get my items about 4 days ago.

I also ordered from them many times. Never had a problem. Don't worry about it, they're good.

They aren't. It's no big deal just wanted to make sure things were cool.

I disagree.

I had some similar foul ups with bimmian.com. At times sales and service were less than helpful.

They were able to get me half my order VERY quickly, but the other half (a painted front license plate holder) was a hassle and took nearly a month to get.

Not only that, but now simple wear and tear has caused some of the paint to start chipping off of it.

So in my opinion, I'd get anything from them that they don't have to paint.

Just an FYI.....I just got my weisslicht LEDs warrantied by them. The passenger side went out. The bulb was backordered. I finally got a replacement but in the wrong color. Gave them a call and now they are shipping the correct color.

I have the tracking # and it's on its way. There has to be a reason why it's delayed. IDK why you haven't been able to get an answer but they are definitely a good vendor.

Got some black floormats from them for cheap to run in the summer, I like the way they look better than the ones that match my tan interior. Pretty decent quality.

I finally received my items. Just some badges and roundel stickers. My $10 dollar, 4 to 6 day shipping ended up being 14 days.

The guys there are friendly but it just seems like they have a problem with getting info to the customer. Shipping isn't talking to sales and sales has a hard time getting info from shipping.

Bimmian is trying to fix thing with there company. From the 3 items i got that were, "professionally painted" the quality was very poor. Should have been only 2 items, but when i tried to RETURN for refund using there system, they didn't refund my money, they sent me another poorly painted product. So then i'm out the the product, shipping it back costs and had to buy another product because I would never put what they sent on the car.

If you want to fix this, i can give you my info and you can make this right? But it's going to be on your dime this time.

I've got all the emails of the exchange, and how your system goes from:
On 7/2/2009 we received your Refund (20% restocking fee) request for your purchase of LIP92A668 - Painted M3 Style Lip Spoiler | For E92 | Jet Black (668) under your original order number...

to:
On 7/5/2009 we received your Exchange request for your purchase of LIP92A668 - Painted M3 Style Lip Spoiler | For E92 | Jet Black (668) under your original order number...
We are pleased to inform you that your RMA request has been APPROVED by our staff.

And then to ignore my emails about it NOT being an EXCHANGE but a refund.

Wanna be a stand up company?
