From my understanding reading through the different threads here.

All U.S. expects E90 328i are GM transmission (AT)

No issues with the trans - did a full tune-up at 200K compression check was in the middle of tolerance. I have some oil seepage around the oil pan again but not enough to matter, no oil burning as far a visual smoking.

Do you have rough downshifting issues? Mine gets a bump during hard braking to a complete stop. Especially from the 3rd to 1st gears.

no issues with mine. I'm at 82k so far. But Im planning on changing it soon and filter too.
