Maybe he just likes BMW? IMO, it's worse to put a big M badge on a 328i than a little one on a Lexus.
Not sure what to say about the bumper, maybe he is getting his painted/modded?

That's an F badge. sorta like AMG badge for AMG package. Lexus has their only package and they earn the F on it like Msport or something. He's problay got a new rear bumper being painted or blah blah. no hate on here. IS is fine but the ISF is another animal. Sikky Headers,tune,exhaust and MT get them into 11s and into 10s with a 100 shot of NOS.
