oil change

I was wondering when we should do oil changes? Every one year or say every 20,000km or when the computer sensor tells us?

Computer will determine the amount depending on your driving style or else call for it every 2 years.

For some reason BMW NA has allowed free oil changes every 1 year, whereas the rest of the world get it every 2 years.

Some here like to change it earlier, some dont.

Its up to you

BMW NA also provides for four years of full maintenance, which is not the case elsewhere.

We complain about not getting all the options that the euro market does, but we can be thankful for our relatively affordable pricing that includes 4 years service. Now if we could just get an autobahn or two...

Yes, we get 5 years and 100,000Km for free

And its not just maintenance here, but anything that goes wrong/breaks/gets old/makes noise for that period.

And we can extend it to 7 years and 150,000Km

If you extend to the full 7 years, do you get the same kind of coverage as you did for the first 5 years?
