Just put these on. Thought I'd post some pics so anyone curious knows what they look like. They DO require hub rings, but take stock lugbolts and stock center caps.

at 19.5lbs each (18x8 square) with 21lb pilot sport ps2 tires, they're ~11lbs/corner lighter than stock style 162's w/RFTs!! The handling and braking of lighter wheels actually is immediately noticeable! My average MPG has gone from 23.7 to 25.0. Acceleration is slightly better -it feels like the AC is off, even though it is on. Yes, I know these are somewhat subjective claims.

One thing, the rears now look "sucked in" (18x8 et35). What size spacers will make them at least even with the fronts? 10mm?

And how will the spacers interact with the hub rings?

It looks like H&R is the brand to go with for spacers. Any vendors wanna PM some shipped prices with black lugbolts to 55422?

rears should get 15 mm spacers. Hub rings SUCK!!!!!! TSW shouldn't advertise that these wheels fit. They are the hottest looking rim from $1000 for sure.... but they don't fit without a BS hub ring..... I had issues with hub rings on my Donningtons... What a freaking nightmare!

Every try to call TSW about center caps..........they have no contact info peroid... just local dealer forwarding....Every call a wheel shop about about center caps??? UM... Im not sure what size they would need, can I call you back on that $12 order after I am finished with this $2200 order on the other line?

I need the diameter for the Center caps of TSW donnington 18 rims staggard.

i understand reasons for picking square setup instead of staggered

but why the hell did you only get 8" wide all around?? and from the looks of the wheel face and how they sit relative to the car, they look like they're pretty high offsets too...

high offset + skinnier than oem 18" widths = WHY?

the next width they offer in 5x120 bolt is 9.5"... not going square w/that. Now that I have spacers, it looks much better, no more tucked look.

are you getting any sort of steering wheel vibration from 45-60? same wheels but staggered

Retail pricing + expensive 19" PS2's + those center caps = hub ring, Volkswagen width, 0 concavity, and more than likely little resale?

I'm guessing this is your first mod, and I can respect that. You might want to rethink things next time though.

What's with all the hate? I love the look, they make my car noticeably faster, got rid of understeer, better MPGs, center caps were free, no problems with hub rings or spacers.

Yeah, what's up with all the hate?? Just because TSW is smart and doesn't have their 5/120 bolt patterns hubcentric to just BMW, it opens to other vehicles other than ours.

The Nurburgring is Rotary forged, and my opinion one of the lightest wheels on the market right now.

I work for a wheel company and I have personal experience with TSW's all the time.

Although I do agree their offsets and fitments are very strange.

If you want a hubcentric wheel, then buy Beyern wheels. Oh, wait a minute.......those are made by TSW also......duh......

i cracked a beyern wheel by running over a retread on the highway, but on the other hand it was easy to replace.

This is why I got a staggered set of gunmetal nurburgrings. Great price, they look awesome and they are very light. I've just been waiting 3+ weeks for TSW to make the 4th wheel I'm missing!

I will give it to you that less weight and square are better for acceleration and handling, but from an aesthetic standpoint, you've fallen very short for the money. I have run 225/45/17 track tires (for sale, btw . $500) and they were great and all, but the look of my 235/265 outweighs those performance gains for street driving. The 330 is plenty fast, but not serious enough to merit sacrificing looks for light wheels. I think the E90 needs some seriously big meats out back to look good.

Opinions aside, I'm glad the hub rings haven't caused problems for you. My best friend got TSW's for his Jetta (same size actually, lol) and the damn wheels nearly fell off. The wobble on them was scary to look at. We had to fix them 3 times, and I can say I've personally seen how hub rings are poorly made and a design flaw. This is especially so when you are looking for a serious performance wheel, which according to your reasoning, you are. On top of that, his finish was very weak and scratched too easily.

I'm genuinely not hating, promise. Just wanted to shed whatever light I could so that your next decision can be made with more insight. My friend's wheels are not yours, so hopefully all goes smoothly. Best of luck to you, and congrats.

I know this is an old thread, to the OP How are the rims now? any vibration issues? i want to buy TSW for my e90 also just need some owners feedback how the quality is & any idea where they are made in?

+1. Seriously considering a set of 19's for my E91. Weight and look can't be beat for the price! I've run hub rings on 3 sets of wheels on previous cars and never had a problem.

I have since sold that car to a guy at my work in July. He is rocking them to this day and has no complaints as of yet.
