O2 Sensor?

I'm planning on installing an injen intake, supersprint catless midpipe, and hamann quad exhausts on my e90 323i... my question is, will I get a check engine signal from the 02 sensor? how can I get around this? thanks.

The Riss Racing O2 sim is proven to prevent a CEL.
