Had some fun with the 335Xi at the local autocross track

Hey Guys,

These are some pics from my second autocross event. They hold events once a month 30min from me over in Savannah and they are an absolute blast! Check out the pics below:

For my second time doing autocross I didn't do too bad. As for the timed runs I was in the middle of the pack as far as the standings go. But to put it in perspective some cars that I had a faster time than were a Nissan GTR, 350Z, Z4, M5, and a handful of other cars but I am forgetting the makes and models as there was a good number of cars in attendance.

nope, those green cones are supposed to be knocked over, they are pointer cones as to what side your supposed to be turning on.

The GTR owner probably didn't know how to drive the car to its full potential... that and the kid was freakin 19... tough life lol.

But yeah it was a blast, this was now my second autocross event, everyone there is always friendly and helpful and you learn alot about how cars handle on various track set ups.

It takes place on hutchinson island - www.savannahautocross.com and takes place once every month. We had a group of three guys from e90post there, was me, another 335xi who was watching with his daughter, and my buddy with his e46 m3.

You talking about the non-sport tires... yeah I sounded fast as hell as my all seasons squeeled like crazy haha. Once it comes time to change out the tires I'll put some more suitable tires on the car.
