When you set the user adjustables to a % it will automatically open map 4 up to choose from...Turn the car on and use the cruise control stalk or use or hazard button which can also change maps and press it until you see the it switch to 4000 rpms which indicates map 4....map 3 =3000 and so on till you get to 0 which is valet/stock

Its def your settings for sure as meth integration is for map 4..

Cool, I will report back and hopefully we will have another working PPS and Procede system with the aquamist sensor.

I hear what your saying as Shiv could have easily change a setting or two on the Procede to make it work with Aquamist unit...Either way though, he did tell me what to do to make it work with the resistors. Yes the resistor part took alot of trial and error on my part to finally get it working, but right now its been over a year and the sensor works flawlessly with the Procede without a hitch.. The sensor just keeps working and working after hours of soaking in 90/10 mix...

FYI - the newest version of the sensor has a dial in it to dial back the voltage output so no resistors are needed. I think on a prior post I scanned in the new diagram with the adjustable dial.

Just drove 50 miles and did many pulls and it worked flawlessly!!!!!
Thanks for the input, sorry I was a idiot and forgot about map 4. I have the CM10 nozzel and I'm seeing 46%..FYI I set Injection Mode to 35%.

After 4 years my aquamist flow sensor finally took a dump and failed. Luckily I had a friend who had bought one many years ago and never installed it. It was the updated version with the option to dial in the voltage! I got lucky because they no longer make this sensor and have discontinued it. They have since updated it with a new version flow sensor but it requires to install aquamist HFS-6 to get the flow sensor to operate because it requires the electronic board and dash gauge to allow for map switching with Jb4 or Procede to give a signal for map change. The flow sensor no longer is encased with the electronics like the old flow sensor. I am glad my friend had an extra one that he gave me and never installed before selling his car. I installed the new one and it's all good again, if fact this one works even better than the older one I had because you can change the output voltage on it. When this one goes I am pretty much screwed. I understand why Aquamist stop making these as they were supporting other methanol systems and it wasn't smart in terms of business. Now with their new flow sensor you have no choice but to also purchase their controller and gauge In order to have a working flow sensor. Right now there is no other vendor that sells this kind of flow sensor for Methanol injection. Lebonte Motorsports is no longer a vendor and snow performance doesn't have a flow sensor that can accommodate large nozzles , plus it doesn't have a voltage output signal for users to need it for map changes.

I have been procrastinating for the longest time to switch out my methanol tubing to braided hoses. I finally got around to converting my entire system to braided hoses after I installed my new Aquamist flow sensor. It just gives me the added security over the nylon tubing which I never had a problem with but I felt more comfortable using the An fittings with braided hoses as I run 90/10 mix of methanol to water. The conversion from Nylon tubing to braided hoses is very time consuming but at the end it was worth it. Conversion cost was pretty hefty as these AN fittings and braided hoses are not cheap..

I ordered compression fitting about 2 years ago which I feel is much better than the push fittings that most people use and these dont leak but I never installed them because i wanted to eventually switch to braided hoses with AN fittings! lol I paid well over 150 bucks for it and since I switched to braided hoses and AN fittings I am willing to let these go for $80 plus shipping if anyone is interested. These compression fittings are brand new. The elbow fittings will ONLY fit Coolingmist nozzles. Any other nozzles will not work with it. These fittings are 1/8 NPT which will fit into any Solenoid that has 1/8 NPT female. Let me know if anyone is interested.

My methanol system is comprised of many different parts from various vendors

Tank and solenoids are SP

Nozzles are Devils own

Pump is SP ( but they are all the same only difference is the vendor sticker on the pump

Nozzle holder are from coolingmist

Braided hoses (custom lengths) from Devilsown

Methanol controller is old Lebante unit (no longer in business )

Flow sensor Aquamist (HE505 no longer sold)

System has been on car for over 9+ years and it still works flawlessly

Changed out aquamist flow sensor which I was lucky as my friend had one that he never used. If this one fails I have no choice but to send it back to aquamist in hopes they can repair it.

I am in the mist of completing the last part of the system to braided hoses. I have to connect the tank to pump and it will be 100 complete braided hose system. I completed the engine back to the back of car but didn’t finish the tank portion. Guess what eventually leaked! My tank push fitting to pump! FTL

Finally have a fully integrated braided stainless steel methanol system using all 4AN fittings. I am so glad to get rid of all that nylon tubing and push fittings and not deal with anymore leaks or even have the thoughts of it leaking. All in total it cost about $500~ to upgrade the entire system to stainless braided hoses. I ran braided hoses from engine bay to the back of car and left the pump to tank with nylon hoses and push fittings. Guest where it leaked. From the tank fitting. FTL. Well it’s resolved. No more leaks ever!

Holy crap and thread revival, good to see you cn555ci. It’s been a long time since I have been on this forum. My flow sensor is still going strong although my son now has my 335i and I have moved on to my C7 corvette. I’m running alkycontrol system on my supercharged C7 and agree that the stainless lines are much better.
