BMW OEM sport headrest with NESA High Res 7" TFT-LCD Headrest Monitors NRM-7002

Hi all,

Well, Im an idiot.... I decided to take on this headrest install and then after I finished installing the monitors into the headrest I opened up the back to my seats and... well I have a airbag system that runs into the headrest. I do NOT want to mess with any safety equipment so these have to go. These ending up costing me 400 with headrest and monitors but I know its just a wild dream to get that back. I would actually like to trade for something below, but if you want them and have nothing to trade, I would like to get $250. As you can see from the install, they are really oversized but came out really nice. I have included tons of pics so you know what your buying. I have tested both monitors, they look great!!

Here are the parts I want to trade. We can discuss price difference if there is some.

DV (new version)
OCC
Charge pipe
UUC SSK
Meth kit
Mtech rear bumper
Mtech side skirts

I like in San Diego and go to LA every weekend. If you want to come see them feel welcome. They come with (1) remote. It turns on both of them.

Jason

wow, am I the only one that thinks this is super cool? lol. If they matched my interior colour I'd be seriously interested. One question though, wouldnt this mean that all e9x would have the same airbag issue?

Hmmm, that's a good question but I would have to say no because I bought these OEM sport headrest and they didn't have airbags. I bet it's a newer feature, my car is a 2010. Either way these are going on eBay soon and I don't want that. They look amazing im really surprised no one wants them.

The airbag you see should be the side airbags on the seats; which should be standard on every e9x.

In that case why didn't the headrest I bought have the sensor in them like mine do know? It's really interesting because I can see a wire going into the post on my current headrest, I'm assuming it's an impact sensor if your head snaps back hard enough? These cars truly are amazing. But on another note Please buy these!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure your the one who wrote me on eBay. I'll check the pos size today but I'd you live in sd you should just head over to my house and well check. Where do you live? I might be willing to go to your house.
