I never ride in E9x with Eibach so I can't say much for them, however I did drive my friend's E92 with H&R and I am actually surprised that the ride is actually okay. Both brands are great quality so I can't see you go wrong with either. And no you won't rub even if you drop H&R man, your wheels offsets are not aggressive at all.

Eibach = perfect drop, H&R = too low - IMO

They are very similar setups but the Eibach tends to ride a tad smoother and higher than the H&R. The H&R I found to be more direct than the Eibach but you do feel the road more. Again, the differences are minimal but that is a good summation.

Flux - what settings do you have on your yellows (stiffness / softness)? and how does this compare in ride comfort to the stock dampers?

i have the yellows set to 2 turns in from softest.
i had standard suspension so compared to that it is a smooth ride but when you come to a bump you feel it more crisp.
towards the control, its outstanding
its more of a porsche turbo suspension

with my offset i dont get one rub on the wheel wells/fenders
