things to fix that aren't broken before 50k?
well, like it says, i am in the low 40k's now and will be going over that hated 50k mark soon. while the car is in a great condition, i'd love to be able to.. well, ensure it's in a great condition while all the warranty repairs are still covered. any ideas, tips on what to listen to, etc.. any svc bulletins that are out there? etc etc
thx! |

Same here. 4 tries in repairs and still no luck. Has your stealership attempted in fixing it?

My advice is to have a good dealer scope your intake for carbon buildup. If they find some carbon then buy the extended warranty. If your state adopted the CA emissions then you will have a warranty on most of the expensive repairs common to the 335d until 70k. If you don't live in one of those states then buy the warranty.

I agree with the carbon build up. I got it at 25k so get it checked. This might be a stupid question but can you just ask your dealer to fix things if there not broken?

Radiator in one of my 3 series went at 55k.
Carbon Build Up in my 335d, also, head lights have been having electrical issues, which stop the blinker from working. |

Yeah I haven't seen a single post where someone got theirs fixed. Most just gotten used to it. Oh well, I'll keep letting the stealership work on it till my warranty is over and in the meantime, putting the volume on my stereo to 11!
