New LED Rears for Pre-LCI E90 M3
Bought these from MStyle a couple of weeks ago and got them fitted at the weekend and have to say I'm well impressed with the quality and fitment so far.
Couple of wee shots to give anyone an idea if they're thinking of freshening up the back end of the 'Older' M3 Saloons. Apologies in advance for the fact that they are on their side, despite me trying numerous times to rotate them on photobucket, the computer keeps saying 'No!' I have to say I was dubious about the quality and whether I'd like them on the Black car but I have to say, I'm mighty chuffed with the outcome without spending a fistful of cash.

I'm very pleased with them and no, there's no error messages on the dash! :-D
I would take some photos with them lit up, but the car is in the Dealers at the moment for a couple of non-related items so it'll need to wait a couple of days. But, they look very well with the LED brake lights and the darkened indicators etc. Well worth the money.

Yip, look identical. I need to look out who made mine but I've been flat out since moving house and being away for a couple of days there for my Wedding Anniversary. Quote:
Won't get it back until end of next week now but I'll take a load of different photos, lights on, off, day, night etc for everyone. That's my CSL yes, I've tonnes of photos yes just not very good one's. Will put some together in another thread at some point,

Got car back after my holidays but it went straight back to them the next day with a Gearbox issue.
I come back offshore on Monday past and my Wife didn't get the car back until Wednesday. In short, I have spent my whole leave (4 1/2 weeks) and seen the car only 2 days of it. I won't go into it here but everything has been covered by warranty and I'm hoping the next time she see's a dealer is for servicing only!

Hi mate, when you get a chance can you link to where you got them from? Msytle has a site, did they come from there?
I've been dicking around trying to get LEDs working in my black lines and it's really hit and miss... I might be better off starting again.. Thanks Tarbs |

http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?start...3&tx=100&ty=79 i got the general vibe in the past ppl on this forum frown upon them and much prefer the dark lines! but looking at them more im liking the idea of putting them on my baby! Miss Cat xxx |

I looked into the Darklines but wanted to try the LED's and at £170 or so, thought I'd give it a stab. I'm very glad I did since I personally think it suits the car very well and fitment very good.
These are the ones here:- MStlye Link With regards to getting shots of them on, off, during the day and at night, I've just come back offshore and won't be home for quite some time so they'll have to wait. Sorry guys, car wasn't with me for most of my leave last time home and I was slowing loosing interest in it if I'm honest but now she's back and the Wife's loving it again.

Are the indicator sections LED too?
I've spent money on black lines recently and bought every type of LED ( to replace tye bulbs) known to man and none of them do the job properly... I'm gonna write a review tonight linking to all the LEDs and explain why they don't work! The black line with normal bulbs are great but the black line with LED for brake and indicator would be v good... I see there are many types out there... Tarbs |

No, mine don't have LED's in the Lenses but looking at the two I was trying to get away from the white part of the lights. I don't like the look of the standard E90 Pre-Facelift rear end and I feel these sharpen up the rear big time.

Managed to take a couple of photos tonight but they're not the best to be honest but will post them anyway.
Brake lights (LED's) Ordinary lights (non LED's) Indicator (Non LED) The brake lights are as bright, if not brighter than the OEM LED's on my E46 M3. Will try and get some shots tomorrow during the day.
